(Title 22, <br /> section 67386.4). <br /> 2. The Discharger shall promptly remove and relocate all waste discharged <br /> at the Facility in violation of this Order. The Discharger shall submit a <br /> report to the Central Valley Water Board explaining how the violative <br /> discharge(s) occurred and propose a method for its removal. <br /> 3. Treated Wood Waste shall only be discharged to landfill WMUs specified <br /> above in Section 13.1 and Finding 20. The Discharger shall manage such <br /> waste in accordance with Health & Safety Code section 25230 et seq., <br /> and otherwise comply with Title 22, section 67386.3. In the event of a <br /> verified release from an authorized WMU containing treated wood waste, <br /> the Discharger shall suspend all discharges of treated wood waste until <br /> corrective action ceases the release. <br /> 4. For landfill WMUs, the Discharger shall only use the materials described in <br /> Finding 27 as an ADC, provided that other materials may be used if <br />
