The EHD is the Solid Waste Local Enforcement <br />Agency (LEA) for this facility. The LEA is certified by the California Department of Resources <br />Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) to enforce state laws and regulations at solid waste sites <br />in San Joaquin County. <br /> <br /> <br />
