Fix drainage in 1 week. <br />Pipe, draining the three compartment sink, in the underneath the floor sink, is lacking air gap. Provide air gap at least 1 inch <br />off the floor sink in one week. <br />Front hand sink is slowly draining and leaking from the draining pipe. Waste water is collected in a plastic container <br />underneath the sink. Fix the drainage and leakage in one week. <br />Left ice chest at the front counter, has a pipe draining in a floor sink and it is lacking an air gap. Provide air gap at least 1 <br />inch off the floor sink in one week. <br />Three compartment sink is leaking from the water faucet. Fix leakage in one week. <br />Mop sink is leaking from water faucet neck. Fix the leakage in 1 week. <br />Bar hand sink is draining in an indirect funnel connection that is connected to a pipe extending all the way to the floor sink by <br />the dump sink. Pipe, draining the hand sink in the funnel connection is lacking air gap. Provide air gap at least 1 inch off the <br />floor sink in 1 week. <br />* As per program coordinator, you can keep the funnel connection or the pipe draining the hand sink can directly drain in the <br />dump sink adjacent floor sink with air gap ( 1 inch minimum off the floor sink).* <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device, as required <br />by applicable plumbing codes. (114192) All plumbing and plumbing fixtures shall be installed in compliance with local plumbing <br />ordinances, shall be maintained so as to prevent any contamination, and shall be kept clean, fully operative, and in good repair. Any hose <br />used for conveying potable water shall be of approved materials, labeled, properly stored, and used for no other purpose. Clean <br />rest room today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a <br />well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet <br />facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances. Toilet facilities shall be provided for patrons: in <br />establishments with more than 20,000 sq ft. establishments offering on-site liquor consumption. (114250, 114250.1, 114276) <br /> #45 Floors, Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Floor and hard to reach corners, underneath the three compartment sink and ice maker, have food <br />debris and unnecessary items. Clean the floor and remove the unnecessary items today and as needed. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
