Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible MAJOR <br /> OBSERVATIONS:REPEAT: Paper towel dispensers in the kitchen and restroom dispensers were empty. Hand soap is <br /> lacking in the kitchen hand sink. Refill dispensers to ensure employees are properly washing their hands. Correct <br /> immediately. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair. Correct within 21 days. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their <br /> assigned duties. Observed a live insect crawling on <br /> the wall behind the prep sink. Observed rodent droppings underneath the beverage shelves in the dry storage room. <br /> Employee was unable to provide pest service information during the inspection. Remove insects, clean and sanitize all <br /> areas.
