Store wiping cloths that are still in use inside a bucket containing sanitizing solution at 100 - 200 PPM chlorine or 200 <br />- 400 PPM quat. Place unclean wiping cloths that are no longer in use inside the dirty linen bag away from food prep, <br />contact, and storage areas.
