All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Paper towels are lacking inside the restroom in the general store. Provide paper towels in dispenser. <br />Maintain stocked at all times. <br />Large fan partially obstructing hand wash in ware wash area. Manually wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes and utensils using 200 PPM quats until repairs have <br />been made. Correct today. <br />The sanitizing solution buckets were showing an insufficient concentration of sanitizer. Provide chlorine concentration <br />between 100 - 200 Parts Per Million (PPM) or quat concentration between 200 - 400 Parts Per Million (PPM) for proper <br />sanitation of all food preparation and contact surfaces.
