Take action to eliminate flies from indoors. Use commercial <br />grade/food safe products only (no household insecticides). <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br /> #27 Food Protected from Contamination <br />OBSERVATIONS: REPEAT VIOLATION: An ice machine used to make ice and bag ice for customer sale is located <br />outdoors. If you continue to make ice and bag it for customer sale, the ice machine must be moved indoors and properly <br />plumbed to a floor sink with a 1" airgap. <br />For the ice that is already bagged for sale, post a sign at the customer freezer that states: "Do not eat ice.
