HANDLES MONEY AND <br /> CARTS AND HAS NO HAND-WASHING STATION. DOES NOT WEAR GLOVES. (C)ALLEGEDLY SAW HIM DROP <br /> FOOD ON THE GROUND AND PUT IT BACK ON THE TRAY. (C)ALSO STATED THAT HE SAYS HE COMES ONLY IN <br /> THE EVENING TO"AVOID THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT". <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Onsite for alleged complaint. Did not observe the alleged food vendor at the time of my arrival. Discussed complaint details <br /> with the store manager who reports he was aware of the food vendor. Manager stated he will not allow the vendor to operate <br /> on the store's property moving forward.Advised the manager if EHD receives a second complaint for the same food vendor <br /> operating after hours, EHD will respond. If the second complaint is confirmed, it will be chargeable at$162 per hour.
