NO SINKS OR BATHROOMS. HAPPENS AROUND 6:00- 10:00 PM EVERY NIGHT. <br /> COMPLAINANT IS NOT SURE IT IS BIG VALLEY MARKET SELLING THE FOOD OR IF THEY ARE RENTING OUT THE <br /> PARKING LOT. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Onsite for alleged complaint. Did not observe the alleged food vendor at the time of my arrival. Discussed complaint details <br /> with the person in charge. She reported that the managers have already talked to the last vendor and any new vendor setting <br /> up at parking lot. Facility is not allowing any vendors on property.The vendors have moved to the sidewalk claiming it is city <br /> limits and will not cease operations. <br /> Please be advised: If EHD receives additional complaint(s)for illegal food vendors operating on the property, EHD will <br /> respond at current hourly rate of$162/hour.
