Tattoo machine and Clip Cord: <br />Tattoo machine will be disinfected by using medical grade disinfectant wipes such as EPA - Registered Cavicide <br />and will be wiped for 1-3 mins before and after procedure. Clip Cords are not used. <br />9. Reusable instruments, calipers, needle tubes, etc. portable light fixtures or other: <br />Reusable instruments such as calipers, portable light fixtures will be disinfected by using medical grade disinfectant <br />wines such as CaviririP and will he wined for 1-3 mins hefnre and after nror.PriiirP. <br />10. Permanent Cosmetic Machine: <br />Tattoo machine (Permanent Cosmetic Machine) will be disinfected by using medical grade disinfectant wipes such as <br />EPA- Registered Cavicide and will he wiped for 1-3 mins before and after procedure. <br />B. Reusable Instruments or Disposable: Describe the procedures used for decontaminating, <br />sterilizing, packaging and storing of reusable instruments. Include the procedures for labeling of <br />sterilized peel -pack. Indicate whether the body art facility uses all pre -sterilized, single -use and <br />disposable instruments. Describe the record keeping logs and procedure logs maintained on-site <br />when using 100% pre -sterilized, single -use and disposable instruments (California Health and Safety <br />Code 119309 and 119315). <br />1.
