Traffic Impact Study Griffith Energy Storage Project <br /> other closest residential locations to the Project are the hotels in Ulmar, Livermore, and Pleasanton. <br /> Additional nearby communities include Verona, Asco, Dublin, Lathrop, and Manteca. The nearest large <br /> urban areas are Tracy, (9 miles, 18 minutes) and Ulmar(12 miles, 18 minutes). Because both are close in <br /> proximity, both will be included in analysis as possible commuting locations. Because so many local <br /> communities exist, the analysis did not consider all possible locations. It has been simplified to be <br /> representative and conservative. The communities in addition to Tracy and Ulmar that are included are <br /> Dublin (25 miles, 28 minutes)and Manteca (27 miles, 40 minutes). An estimated 40% of workers are <br /> estimated to come from Tracy, 30% from Ulmar, 15% from Dublin, and 15%from Manteca. <br /> NTETRA TECH 8 February 2023 <br />
