Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: TRACY HILLS RESIDENTS CLUB POOL, 2230 CRISELDO MINA , TRACY 95377 <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br /> #11 Combined Chlorine Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: The combined chlorine level of the pool water is 0.6ppm. Take action to reduce the combined chlorine <br />level to 0.4ppm or less. Correct by 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain combined chlorine concentration below 0.4 ppm. (CCR 65530) Chemical quality <br />of pool water and indoor air quality at the pool site shall not cause adverse physiological effects, such as irritation of the eyes, lungs, or <br />skin. (CCR 65531) <br /> #15 Operation Records <br />OBSERVATIONS: Written operation records are not on site. Maintain operation records on site and accessible. Correct <br />today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual, pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per day. <br />Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often as <br />necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test results <br />for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request. (CCR 65523) <br /> #16 Water Clarity <br />OBSERVATIONS: The pool water is slightly cloudy/turbid. Improve water clarity as soon as possible. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain clear pool water while pool is in use or shall close the pool if the bottom of the <br />pool at the maximum depth is not clearly visible from the deck.
