<br />OBSERVATIONS: The door in the hallway by the meat dept. has a substantial gap at the bottom. Take action to eliminate
<br />the gap at the bottom of this door. Correct ASAP.
<br />At the time of the inspection, the front and back doors are wide open. Maintain the doors closed at all times.
<br />Per owner, the front door are self-closing, but the self-closers are not functioning properly (under warranty). Repair the front
<br />doors ASAP. Maintain closed until they are repaired.
