Recreation and open Space and as provided in the <br /> Neighb❑rh❑od Center Plan within SP 111. <br /> 3.3 Development Standards <br /> 3.3.1 Purpose <br /> The Master Plan Land Use Map and Land Use Designations of 9ecgm 3.2 are Implemented through the <br /> Zoning Map and Development Standards, presented below,which are adopted by ordinance and amend <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Title. This Chapter identifies zoning districts that Implement the SP <br /> III land use designations (see Table 3-4: Implementing Zones for Master Plan Land Use Designations). <br /> Figure 34 Specific Plan 1.11 Map Zoning Diagram establishes thelocalion and categories of zoning districts <br /> within SP Ill area in accordance with the Master Plan, the County General Plan and Development Title. <br /> With the exception of the M-X Zone, the Development Standards in this chapter sot forth maximum <br /> buildouts, minimum lot size, setbacks, lot coverage, height, and permitted uses and override any <br /> COnffiCting FlDqWMMOrlts within the San Joaquin County Mountain House Development Title.
