The design guldelines <br /> in this Chapter address private residential, commercial, office, and industrial development. The <br /> Mountain House Community Services District (MHCSD) IDesIgn Manual addresses development <br /> within public areas. <br /> 4.2 Overall Development and Design <br /> This section summarizes development and design provisions from the Master Plan, presents the <br /> design plans for SP 111,and Identifies Implementation for SP 111. <br /> 4.2.1 Development Design Concept <br /> 4.2.1.1 Master Plan Summary <br /> The Master Plan provides policies to create attractive,identillable neighborhoods and establish a local <br /> stre,al network that facilitates easy access within neighborhoods and contributes ED an attractive <br /> residential setting With varied,interesting street anvira rime rits. Local streets within neighborhoods are <br /> to be designed to disperse traffic and create a comfortable pedestrian scale. FZE?sl derit]al.street layouts <br /> are also to optimize the ability of residences t❑use solar energy.
