<br />OBSERVATIONS: The prep sink faucet handles were observed with build-up. Detail clean and sanitize faucet handles
<br />today. Maintain clean.
<br />The inside bottom of the one door Beverage Air cooler in the dry storage room was observed with food debris. Clean and
<br />sanitize inside of cooler within three days. Maintain clean.
<br />The two drawer Beverage Air cooler with pizza toppings was observed with the top drawer taped. Remove tape as it is a
<br />non-cleanable surface and properly repair drawer within two weeks.
