Obtain sanitizer test strips to ensure sanitizing <br />solution has concentration of a minimum of 200 PPM quat for proper sanitation of dishes and utensils. Correct within three <br />days. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food facilities that prepare food shall be equipped with warewashing facilities. Testing equipment and <br />materials shall be provided to measure the applicable sanitization method. Detail clean and sanitize faucet handles <br />today. Maintain clean. <br />The inside bottom of the one door Beverage Air cooler in the dry storage room was observed with food debris. Clean and <br />sanitize inside of cooler within three days. Maintain clean. <br />The two drawer Beverage Air cooler with pizza toppings was observed with the top drawer taped. Remove tape as it is a <br />non-cleanable surface and properly repair drawer within two weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175). All utensils and equipment <br />shall be approved, installed properly, and meet applicable standards.
