Repair/touch up paint on <br />storage room walls so that they are smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent within 30 days. <br />Observed dust accumulation on and around vents in the kitchen. Also observed many spider webs throughout kitchen area. <br />Detail clean areas within three days to avoid contamination of food items. Maintain clean. <br />Observed peeling paint by the storage shelf next to the office. Repaint area with semi-gloss paint so that walls are smooth, <br />cleanable and non-absorbent within 30 days. <br />The base at the waitress station was observed damaged with a hole in the wall. Repair base and wall so that it is smooth, <br />cleanable and non-absorbent within 30 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
