Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible MAJOR <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The hand sink in the back room is lacking hand soap inside the dispenser.The right restroom hand sink <br /> is lacking hand soap. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(0) <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures MAJOR <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The M3 2-dr freezer was observed with the left door slightly ajar due to over-stocking with temperature at <br /> 20 F. Reorganize food items and ensure doors are kept closed except when adding or removing food items. Staff closed <br /> freezer door during the inspection and temperature was later observed at 9 F. <br /> -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> Observed meat on skewers at 112 F inside the left hot hold display case. Observed chicken wings at 110 F, burritos at 121 <br /> F, nuggets at 125 F, potato wedges at 95 F inside the right hot hold display case. Food items shall be 135 F minimum when <br /> hot holding.Any food items held under 135 F shall not exceed the 4- hour maximum hold time and shall have written <br /> documentation for hold times. Food items held longer that the 4- hour hold time shall be discarded. Increase temperature unit to maintain hot holding food items at 135 <br /> F minimum. Decrease temperature to ensure milk is <br /> being held at 41 F or below.
