Their phone number <br />is 916-255-2501. <br />Water tank vent shall terminate in a downward direction and shall be covered with 16 mesh per <br />square inch screen or equivalent when the vent is in a protected area or a protective filter when <br />the vent is in an area that is not protected from windblown dirt and debris. (CFRC 114213) <br />AlII manufactured and custom-made food service equipment must be certified for sanitation by <br />an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited certification program. All proposed <br />equipment is subject to EHD approval [CRFC §114130]. <br />Employee entrance doors to food preparation areas shall be self-closing and kept closed when <br />not in use. (CFRC Section 114303) <br />The handwashing and food preparation sinks shall be separated from the warewashing sink or <br />food preparation / storage areas by a metal splash guard, if separation is less than twenty-four <br />(24) inches. Splash guard shall be at least six (6) inches in height from back edge to front edge <br />[CRFC §113953]. <br />Potable water tanks shall be sufficient in volume to fulfill the required 5 gallon minimum for hand <br />washing. Facilities with limited food preparation must provide at least 15 additional gallons of <br />water for warewashing.
