GLENCANNON ST. <br /> STOCKTON, CA 95210 <br /> RE PROPOSED: HOUSE OF LAOS — SR0084310 <br /> COMMISSARY NEEDED <br /> Dear VICKIE PHOVISAY & LIENEKHAM PHOVISAY : <br /> This letter indicates San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) approval of drawings <br /> submitted for the proposed HOUSE OF LAOS — SR0084310 , subject to the following condition(s): <br /> 1. Obtain a State Mobile Food Preparation Unit "Insignia" if necessary. Contact State Housing <br /> and Community Development for approval of your commercial coach at (916) 255-2501. <br /> 2. A verification of commissary is required. <br /> 3. The handwash sink shall be separated from warewash sink by a metal splashguard at least <br /> 6" from back edge of drainboard to front edge, unless they are separated by 24" or more <br /> (114311 b). <br /> 4. The pass through windows shall be no closer than 18 inches from each other (114259.2). <br /> 5. Light bulbs and tubes enclosed in plastic safety shield or equivalent (114323 c). <br /> 6. Floor and wall junction shall be coved with 3/8" minimum radius coving, and floor surface <br /> extends up at least 4 inches (114301 g). <br /> 7. Clear unobstructed height over aisleway at least 74 inches from floor to ceiling, and <br /> unobstructed horizontal aisle space at least 30 inches during operation hours (114321). <br /> The EHD must be kept informed of the construction progress.
