COMPLAINANT STATES FRIES <br /> FELT DAYS OLD LIKE THEY WERE MADE OF PLASTIC. COMPLAINANT ALSO STATED THAT THE NEXT DAY THE <br /> CHEESE ON THE PIZZA WAS MOLDY." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> 4 door Ikon pizza prep 36.00°F walk-in cooler--41.00°F <br /> 1 door True freezer--24.00°F 2 door Arctic Air freezer--29.00°F <br /> shredded cheese @ 4 door Ikon--36.00°F <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Complaint investigation at permitted food facility. <br /> Assistant manager is on site and is not aware of the complaint. Called Manager and discussed the complaint with him as well <br /> (he was unaware). <br /> French fries are received and stored frozen.
