The site of the proposed use is adequately served by highways , streets , water , sewer , storm drainage , <br /> and other public facilities and services . <br /> • The project proposes access from West Durham Ferry Road . The Department of Public <br /> Works has provided Conditions of Approval that will ensure the proposed use is <br /> adequately served by highways and streets .
