(REPEAT) <br /> Observed the following: <br /> -Ice scoop at bar with handle touching the ice <br /> -Small spice containers above large cambro storage containers with spoon handles touching the food items <br /> -Bowl being used as a scoop in container of beans in two door cooler at cook's line <br /> Store scoops/spoons outside in cleanable containers or with handles not touching the food items. Bowls should not be used <br /> as a scoop. Correct today. (REPEAT) <br /> Observed open containers of food in coolers and the bottom of a tray of salads sitting on top of an uncovered tray of salads. <br /> Cover food items to avoid cross contamination of food.
