<br /> OBSERVATIONS:A probe thermometer was lacking. Provide a probe thermometer within two weeks.
<br /> The 2 door top loading True cooler located in the bar,the two door True prep cooler in the kitchen and the three door Pepsi
<br /> cooler were lacking thermometers. Provide a thermometer for the coolers and place in an easily visible location inside.
