Transfer/Processing Report <br /> Tracy Material Recovery& Transfer Facility <br /> 30703 S. MacArthur Drive, Tracy, California 95377 <br /> Training <br /> Tracy will maintain records of employee training as required in an operations log <br /> kept in the administrative offices. <br /> Recordkeeping and Reporting - Organic Waste Recovery <br /> The operator will provide or make accessible all appropriate records of incoming <br /> and outgoing materials and all sampling information, as required. Records will be <br /> maintained in the administrative office for up to five years, with copies available upon <br /> request or by regular reporting intervals, as determined by the LEA. <br /> Inspection of Records <br /> Records of the quantities of material received, recovered, and disposed of are kept <br /> at the administrative office, during normal business hours and will be accessible for <br /> three (3) years and will be available for inspection by the LEA and other duly <br /> authorized regulatory agencies during normal working hours. <br /> Equipment maintenance records are kept in the maintenance room office. <br /> Employee training records, safety records, material safety data sheets, and incident <br /> records are maintained on file in the administration office. <br /> Tracy will submit copies of specified records to the LEA upon request or at a <br /> frequency approved by the LEA. <br /> 44 <br />
