Report of Composting Site Information <br /> Tracy Material Recovery& Transfer Facility <br /> 30703 S. MacArthur Drive, Tracy, Ca. 95377 <br /> permitted to operate equipment until the employee has demonstrated proficiency in its <br /> use. <br /> Employees are trained in operations and maintenance, proper load checking <br /> techniques, including the screening and recognition of hazardous materials, including, <br /> but not limited to lead-based painted wood, asbestos containing material and CCA <br /> treated wood. Employees are also trained in proper odor mitigation protocols. <br /> Additional training is provided surrounding environmental controls utilized at facility, <br /> employee and public safety, and emergency procedures to be followed. Annual review <br /> and refresher training ensures continued safe operations of the facility and compliance <br /> with regulations. Training records will be maintained and made available for inspection <br /> in accordance with other records, as noted below in General Recordkeeping <br /> Requirements. <br /> Training records will be maintained in accordance with [14 CCR 17410.3]. This <br /> information is kept on file in the administrative office under the supervision of the <br /> operator. <br /> 28 <br />
