Repair the perimeter fence to prevent unauthorized access. <br /> 21800 S Manteca Rd., Manteca CA — Owner Dennis & Helen De Kidos: <br /> An occupant of the dumpsite cut out a portion of the southern fence. This is an ongoing <br /> issue; violation will remain on the inspection report until the fence is fixed. <br /> a. Repair the fence to prevent unauthorized access. <br /> No Areas of Concern <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> Notes: <br /> 21908 S. Manteca Rd., Manteca CA — Owner Jagroop Singh: <br /> 1. Approximately 199 tires were hauled off the property by Shamrock Tire Recycling, LLC. A <br /> receipt was provided to the EHD. <br /> 2. Property owner is currently accepting bids for junk removal, per Melissa Whiteley <br /> (Assistant). <br /> 3. Maintain vegetation to a minimum to prevent fire hazard. <br /> 4. A focused inspection was conducted on 9/21/21 with Robert McClellon (REHS, Program <br /> Coordinator), Sandip Singh (RENS) and Jagroop Singh (property owner), at the site. <br /> Compliance standards were discussed.
