The RCSI, page 21, Finished Compost section does not include the Title 14 CCR§ 17868.3.1 Physical Contamination Limits sampling and analysis requirement. Update this section. Finished Compost section revised to include physical contamination limit sampling. The RCSI does not include procedures to describe compliance with SB-1383 facility updates. Update the RCSI to describe compliance with SB-1383 including Title 14 CCR§§ 17867(a)(16) and 17869(e)(1). RCSI revisions have been made to provide the following information: "All residual from SSO used as feedstock and any 'overs' from finish screening that is sent out for disposal, are sampled according to Title 14 CCR 17867(a)(16). The RCSI Description of the Water Supplies for Process Water on page 26 does not include use of water from the onsite compost area lined pond for compost windrow operations. A routine inspection of the site found wastewater from the onsite compost area lined pond being used for compost windrows. If these are acceptable water sources add them to the RCSI. "Contact water is stored in an onsite lined pond and used as needed for compost conditioning before the pathogen reduction period." — pg. 29 revised. 2
