Date: 11/21/2024 <br />Manufacturer training: <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />At 9:30 am, EHD arrived on-site for a scheduled appointment with BZ Service Station Maintenance. However, the testing <br />company was not present. EHD attempted to contact them but was unsuccessful. Discussed inspection and appointment with <br />the station manager. The testing company arrived at 10 am and reviewed the scope of the work. As per the service technician, <br />Rhome Desbien, they are scheduled to repair the diesel STP sump today and won't be adding any brine inside the sump. <br />Please note that the service request permit is incomplete. Additional inspections are required. Refer to the approval letter <br />11/8/2023. <br />****Please provide a current Bravo certification for Rhome Desbiens. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
