Witnessed <br />pressure testing of the diesel STP sump at 2psi for 30 minutes per manufacturer's recommendation- Passed <br />-Witnessed the initial Bravo brine in the diesel STP sump. <br />*******Please note that the service request permit is incomplete. An updated scope of work may be required based on <br />troubleshooting the 87 -fill sump leaks. Please refer to the approval letter dated 11/8/2023. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
