<br />OBSERVATIONS: Hand sinks, by the walk in cooler F and by the 3 comp sink room, are draining slowly. Fix drainage in 1

<br />3 comp sink right and left water faucets are not secured. Right water faucet is leaking. Secure water faucet units and fix
<br />leakage. Correct in 1 week.
<br />Mop sink is leaking from faucet neck. Repair leakage in 1 week.
