(REPEAT) <br />Observed a bottle of sour cream stored on top of shredded lettuce in the prep top of the two door cooler at the cook's line. <br />Do not store bottles or other items on top of uncovered food to prevent cross contamination. Correct today. <br />Observed eggs and meat stored over vegetables and fruit in the walk-in cooler. Store raw food items below and/or away <br />from ready to eat food items to prevent cross contamination. Correct today. <br />Observed the ice scoop handle touching the ice at the soda dispenser ice bin. Store scoop without the handle touching the <br />ice to prevent cross contamination.
