Observed a few dead ants on top of the <br />same unit. Food Handling employees shall <br />have their hair properly restrained at all times. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All employees preparing, serving or handling food or utensils shall wear clean, washable outer garments or <br />uniforms and shall wear a hairnet, cap, or other suitable covering to confine hair. Corrected on site. <br />The interior of the ice cream machine has product build-up.
