Resolution Training records have been submitted to CUPA Linked Records Recommendation#7 Haz Waste 113: OBSERVATION:The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste transported from the site in the past three years.The facility generates used oil from the ammonia system.The contractors(SMI)who maintained the system previously used to manage the used oil disposal.There were no records on-site/log indicating how much oil was disposed of.There were no disposal records for used oil for the last three years.SMI does not have a hazardous waste permit with the county. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Maintain the records on-site for three years from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD). If the receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for three years. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days.
