Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hand sink in the kitchen lacked paper towels. Maintain the paper towel dispenser stocked at all <br />times and in good repair to ensure proper hand washing. This was corrected on site. Put <br />tomatoes and sour cream in a cooler so that they are maintained at 41 F or below. Correct today. Store <br />food in closed containers with tight fitting lids to prevent contamination of food. Correct today.
