ARCA IS buIt as tM and <br /> r 1 <br /> IIPP HASP Supplement for Project Sites and Offices <br /> I he purpose of the Arcadis Illness and Injury Prevention Program (IIPP) is to establish location specific written <br /> guidelines to ensure the safety of employees working at Arcadis offices or project sites located in the state of <br /> California (best management practice for other locations). It is the intention of Arcadis to provide a safe and <br /> healthy working environment for all of its employees. <br /> All Arcadis employees and subcontractors will be offered a copy and are required to implement and following the <br /> principles set forth in this IIPP. <br /> The purpose of this HASP Supplement is to communicate the specific details of the IIPP associated with the <br /> specific California office or project site for which this supplement has been prepared. <br /> A copy of the Arcadis H&S Standard ARC HSGE008 (Injury and Illness Prevention Program) must be included <br /> as an attachment to all California project site HASPs or office Emergency Response Hazard Communication <br /> Plans to meet the requirements of CCR Title 8 3203. <br /> The programmatic details of the Arcadis H&S Standard ARC HSGE008 are incorporated by reference. <br /> This IIPP HASP supplement has been prepared to be used as a location specific IIPP template to address the <br /> required components of the IIPP as mandated by CCR Title 8, Section 3203. <br /> Scope and Application: <br /> This document serves as the written Injury Illness Prevention Plan for Arcadis activities for the following Arcadis <br /> office and/or project site: <br /> Arcadis Office or Project Site: Forward Landfill, 9999 Austin Road, Stockton, CA <br /> This HASP supplement is supported by the following documents, which are presented as references supporting <br /> this supplement: <br /> Arcadis Office or Project Site Documents: HASP, Shipping determination <br /> Responsibility§3203(a)(1): <br /> Roles and responsibilities are detailed in the office/site HASP. See the Arcadis H&S Standard ARC HSGE008 for the steps detailing <br /> compliance with the Arcadis H&S program. <br />
