DRAFT [TENTATIVE] MONITORING & REPORTING PROGRAM R5-2023-XXXX 37 <br />FORWARD, INC. <br />FORWARD LANDFILL <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />d. Sampling— These wells are already part of the approved <br />Groundwater Monitoring System, are sampled quarterly and <br />analyzed for the parameters and constituents listed in Table 2 and <br />Table 3. Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen (TKN), nitrate (NO3), nitrite (NO2), <br />nitrogen (N), iron (Fe), arsenic (As), and manganese (Mn) <br />concentrations from these wells shall be reported separately and <br />compared with the land application area Water Quality Protection <br />Standard in the reported Quarterly Monitoring Reports (section <br />E.1). <br />4. Regular Visual Inspection—The Discharger shall perform regular visual <br />inspections at the Facility in accordance with Table 31 (Criteria) and <br />Table 32 (Schedule).
