DRAFT [TENTATIVE] MONITORING & REPORTING PROGRAM R5-2023-XXXX 36 <br />FORWARD, INC. <br />FORWARD LANDFILL <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />(A) Evidence of erosion; <br />(B) Berm condition; <br />(C) Condition of flow control structure/valve (if any); <br />(D) Proper use of valves (i.e., check that all affected <br />valves are closed or open, as required); <br />(E) Soil saturation; <br />(F) Ponding; <br />(G) Potential runoff to off-site areas; <br />(H) Potential and actual discharge to surface water; <br />(I) Accumulation of organic solids; <br />(J) Soil clogging; <br />(K) Odor that have the potential to be objectionable at or <br />beyond the property boundary; and <br />(L) Vectors (insect, rodents). <br />b. Observations— Temperature, wind direction and approximate <br />speed, and other relevant field conditions shall also be observed <br />and recorded. The notations shall also document any corrective <br />actions taken based on documented observations. A brief summary <br />of observations documented, and corrective actions taken during <br />each month shall be submitted quarterly. <br />c. Groundwater Monitoring Network— The Discharger shall operate <br />and maintain a groundwater detection monitoring system for the <br />cannery waste land application area. The Discharger shall revise <br />the groundwater detection monitoring system (after review and <br />approval by Central Valley Water Board staff) as needed. The <br />groundwater monitoring network shall consist of the following: <br />ii. Well AMW-37S, AMW-40S, and AMW-41S (Upgradient <br />Wells) <br />iii. Well AMW-44, AMW-45, and AMW-46 (Downgradient Wells)
