Section <br />20420 of Title-27 requires Dischargers to submit an Amended Report of Waste Discharge <br />proposing an evaluation monitoring program within 90 days of identifying a release. Therefore, <br />to comply with Section 20420 of Title-27, Forward Inc. and Republic Services. Inc. shall submit <br />an Amended Report of Waste Discharge to the Regional Board no later than 14 October 2023, <br />which is the date required by the WDRs. This date is 90 days after results were reported by the <br />discharger in their email.
