The following comments need to be <br /> addressed before Closure staff may consider the submittals to be complete: <br /> 1 . Section 2 Waste Types/Volumes does not provide sufficient information <br /> regarding the potential impacts to waste types and volume due to the overall <br /> reduction of organic waste materials to the landfill. The evaluation should analyze <br /> how much of an impact has already been experienced and how much is <br /> anticipated to be experienced by reducing the disposal of organic waste in <br /> landfills by 50% by 2020 and 75% by 2025 from 2014 levels. This analysis <br /> should include, but not limited to; <br /> a. Indicate the estimated volume of organic waste (organic waste includes <br /> materials as defined in 14 CCR Section 18982(a)(46)] typically disposed <br /> 1001 1 Street, Sacramento, CA 95814 O P.O.
