disposal sites. The database can be searched by reviewing two lists, the
Permitted Underground Storage Tank (UST) Sites list and the Cleanup Sites list.
DTSC's EnviroStor database includes Federal Superfund sites, State response
sites, voluntary cleanup sites, school cleanup sites, corrective action sites, and
permitted hazardous waste facilities.
Live Oak searched both databases on July 15, 2023 for the Site and any listed
facilities within one-quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site was not listed on
either database, and no listed facilities within one-quarter mile were identified.
7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases
Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's
Site Mitigation Program, Site Mitigation & Local Oversight Program, Hazardous
Materials Business Plan & CalArp Programs, Hazardous Waste Generator
Program, Underground Storage Tank Program, Aboveground Petroleum Storage
Act Program, and Emergency Response databases, dated July 2023, for facilities
of concern within one-quarter mile of the Site.
The Site address was listed on the Site Mitigation Program, Site Mitigation &
Local Oversight Program, Hazardous Materials Business Plan & CalArp
Programs, Underground Storage Tank Program, and Emergency Response
databases. Information on file at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health
Department was discussed in Section 6.1, above.
Seven additional listed facilities were identified within the search radius:
• John A. Machado Dairy, 24916 S. Manteca, was included on the
Aboveground Storage Tanks, Hazardous Materials Business Plan &
CalArp Programs, and Hazardous Waste Generator Program databases.
This facility is located adjacent to the east of the subject Site, across
Manteca Road. Live Oak reviewed records on file for this facility at the
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. According to a
2013 Agricultural Hazardous Materials Inventory, 8,500 gallons of diesel,
1,000 gallons of gasoline, 250 gallons of oil, and 1,000 gallons of waste oil
are stored at this facility. This facility was a Small Quantity Hazardous
Waste Generator from 2010 through 2014. A 2009 Aboveground
Petroleum Storage Program inventory listed two 1,000-gallon gasoline
tanks, an 8,000-gallon diesel tank, 175 gallons of hydraulic oil, 175 gallons
of motor oil, a 1,000-gallon waste oil tank, and a 500-gallon diesel tank at
this facility. Based on the records reviewed, no evidence was
encountered of impacts from this facility on the subject Site.
• Machado Dairy, 6524 Perrin, was included on the Aboveground Petroleum
Storage Act Program, Hazardous Materials Business Plan & CalArp
Programs, and Hazardous Waste Generator Program databases.
