A 2009 Aboveground Petroleum <br /> Storage Program inventory listed a 300-gallon hydraulic oil tank, two <br /> 10,000-gallon diesel tanks, a 500-gallon gasoline tank, a 1,500-gallon <br /> waste oil tank, and a 300-gallon motor oil tank at this property. This <br /> facility was a Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator from 2010 <br /> through 2012. Based on the records reviewed, no evidence was <br /> encountered of impacts from this facility on the subject Site. <br /> • Dutra Farms, 5496 E. West Ripon, was included on the Aboveground <br /> Petroleum Storage Act Program, Hazardous Materials Business Plan & <br /> CalArp Programs, and Hazardous Waste Generator Program databases. <br /> This facility is adjacent to the northwest of the subject Site, across Union <br /> Road. Live Oak reviewed records on file for this facility at the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department. According to a 2011 <br /> Agricultural Hazardous Materials Inventory, diesel and gasoline are stored <br /> at this facility. This facility was listed as a small quantity hazardous <br /> materials generator in 2010 through 2014. A 2009 Aboveground <br /> Petroleum Storage Program inventory listed a 500-gallon gasoline tank, <br /> two 8,000-gallon diesel tanks, a 500-gallon waste oil tank, 175 gallons of <br /> motor oil, and 175 gallons of hydraulic oil at this property. Based on the <br /> records reviewed, no evidence was encountered of impacts from this <br /> facility on the subject Site. <br /> • 7762 E. West Ripon was included on the Site Mitigation Program, Site <br /> Mitigation & Local Oversight Program, and Emergency Response <br /> databases. This facility is located approximately one-quarter mile <br /> northeast of the subject Site. There are four listings for this facility, <br /> beginning with two reports from 1994 of ground contamination from drums <br /> of oil and pesticides, as well as spillage of diesel. Live Oak reviewed <br /> records on file for this facility at the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department. Notes from a 1994 Complaint Investigation discussed <br /> several stains at this facility, including near drums and an aboveground <br /> diesel tank. According to a 2008 Complaint Investigation Form, a fire <br /> involving treated wood waste took place on this property, leaving behind <br /> possible contaminated ashes and soil. A note from the investigation <br /> states that "there were numerous drums and HW storage containers in <br /> several stages of deterioration." The case was referred to the Department <br /> of Toxic Substances Control and Regional Water Quality Control Board for <br /> oversight. Although it appears that the investigation has not yet been <br /> resolved, based on the quarter-mile distance from the structure area at <br /> this facility to the subject Site, the subject Site is not likely to have been <br /> impacted by contamination at this facility. <br /> LOGE 2327 9 <br />
