Based on the location and nature of the matter, this incident is <br /> considered unlikely to have impacted the subject Site. <br /> • 5788 E. West Ripon was included on the Emergency Response database <br /> for a 2013 incident: "approximately 2 gallons of diesel spilled from a piece <br /> of equipment at a pipeline." Based on the location and nature of the <br /> matter, this incident is considered unlikely to have impacted the subject <br /> Site. <br /> • Perrin Road west of Union Road was included on the Emergency <br /> Response database: "On 6/19/2017 at approximately 10:00 am tractor <br /> engine caught fire releasing fluids onto the soil. No waterways were <br /> impacted." Based on the location and nature of the matter, this incident is <br /> considered unlikely to have impacted the subject Site. <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> maps of Nitrate - Land Use Data and DBCP - Land Use Data dated October <br /> 2021 . According to the nitrate map (Plate 6), 14 wells within a one-mile radius of <br /> the subject Site have been tested. Nitrate was detected in three of the wells at <br /> concentrations between 0.1 and 5.0 mg/L-N, in two wells at concentrations <br /> between 5.1 and 10.0 mg/L-N, and in nine wells at concentrations over 10 <br /> mg/L-N. Three wells within a one-mile radius of the Site were tested for DBCP <br /> (Plate 7); DBCP was detected between 0.01 and 0.2 µg/l_ in one of the wells; no <br /> DBCP was detected in the other two wells. The Maximum Contaminant Level <br /> (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate is 10 mg/L-N; the MCL for DBCP is 0.2 <br /> µg/L. <br /> 7.3 Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br /> Live Oak contacted the San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office <br /> regarding agricultural use of the site. According to Monica Hernandez of that <br /> office, the Site has been used by B&M Farms to grow corn and oats for fodder <br /> from 2020 through 2022 and by Van Groningen & Sons to grow watermelons and <br /> pumpkins from 2022 through 2023 (correspondence, July 25, 2023). A variety of <br /> agricultural chemicals have been applied to the property since 2020, as indicated <br /> on the attached tables (Appendix 5). No violations were identified. <br /> 7.4 California Geologic Energy Management Division Records <br /> The California Geologic Energy Management Division (CaIGEM) Well Finder <br /> website was queried on August 11, 2023 for mapped oil or gas wells within one- <br /> quarter mile of the subject Site (Plate 8).
