The planned drilling and sampling is a part of environmental <br /> due diligence related to potential real estate transaction involving the property. This Workplan will <br /> accompany the drilling permit application for submittal to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department. A Site Map showing the planned boring locations and a Safety Plan are attached. <br /> SITE LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION <br /> The approximate 48-acre subject property is located about 500 feet easterly of Murphy Parkway and <br /> about 1,500 feet southerly of East Louise Avenue in a commercial and industrial area of Lathrop, San <br /> Joaquin County, California. The general location and layout of the property is shown on the attached <br /> Site Map. The subject property is currently vacant/undeveloped land and supports volunteer <br /> vegetation and a few trees. The site is generally flat; however, portions of the site are irregular and <br /> hummocky.
