<br /> OBSERVATIONS:The cabinets at the waitress station were observed absorbent in areas with the laminate cover missing.
<br /> The cabinet below the soda dispenser is water damaged and absorbent. Repair cabinets so that they are smooth,
<br /> cleanable and non-absorbent within two weeks. Absorbent areas can be painted with semi-gloss paint. (REPEAT)
<br /> Observed ice accumulation inside the walk-in freezer around the door, on the condenser,floor and on food containers.
<br /> Clean today and repair as necessary.
<br /> The small two door True prep cooler and the two door prep cooler with pasta ingredients at the cook's line were observed
<br /> with doors that don't fully closed and liquid/towels in the bottom of the coolers. Repair coolers so that they are in good
<br /> working order and remove towels from coolers as they are not cleanable surfaces.

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed several scoops in the large dry storage containers(flour, powdered sugar, rice, corn meal)
<br /> with the scoop handles touching the food items. Store scoops with the handles sticking up outside the food item. Correct
<br /> today. (REPEAT)
<br /> Ice cream scoops were stored in room temperature water inside a dipper well that was in disrepair. Repair dipper well so
<br /> that it is in good working order or store ice cream scoops in ice water. Correct today.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All clean and soiled linen shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Two lights were observed non-operational in the dishwasher area. This was corrected on site.
<br /> The mop sink room was observed with no functional lighting. Repair/replace lights so that they are in good working order
<br /> today.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Exhaust hoods shall be provided to remove toxic gases,heat,grease, vapors and smoke and be approved by
<br /> the local building department. Canopy-type hoods shall extend 6"beyond all cooking equipment.All areas shall have sufficient ventilation
<br /> to facilitate proper food storage. Toilet rooms shall be vented to the outside air by a screened openable window,an air shaft,or a
