(C)'s SPOUSE, SON, <br /> DAUGHTER,AND FRIEND ALL ORDERED HAMBURGERS:THREE BURGERS WITH MEAT, CHEESE, LETTUCE <br /> TOMATO, ONION,AND EGG. ONE THE SAME, BUT WITH NO EGG. LATER THAT EVENING, EVERYONE THAT ATE <br /> BURGERS STARTED EXPERIENCING NAUSEA,VOMITING,AND DIARRHEA. NO ONE WENT TO THE DOCTOR.ALL <br /> 4 PEOPLE NO LONGER EXPERIENCING SYMPTOMS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Per GM, no additional complaints similar in nature have <br /> been received by the facility. Per GM, she is unaware of any employees being ill with similar symptoms. <br /> Burger patties are received pre-formed and stored in the walk-in cooler. Sliced cheese,whole produce and raw shell eggs are <br /> stored in the walk-in cooler. Produce is prepped and returned to refrigeration.
