Muniappa Naidu (EHD Assistant Director) and Natalia <br />Subbotnikova (EHD Solid Waste Program Coordinator) are in agreement with me about this site. I have reviewed <br />documents in our County files, Geotracker and SWIS for the 39 -CR -0022 site. The following list of items and <br />attachments demonstrate that CalRecycle staff has assisted the LEA with this site. We are requesting engineering <br />technical assistance for all future work to be done at this site including 17100 Murphy Parkway (Parcel B), 500 E Louise <br />Ave (Parcel A) and 17200 Murphy Parkway (SJ Cogen). <br />4-10-17 Robert McClellon (EHD) email to CR (Sabra Ambrose and Glenn Young) requesting comment regarding <br />new warehouse project. <br />5-19-17 email from Glenn Young (CR) to EHD discusses need for LFG investigation. Vented foundation may be <br />needed on new warehouse due to LFG. <br />5-25-17 conference call with EHD and CR. Phase 1 investigation and two gas monitoring wells needed. Also <br />excavation and materials management plan. <br />4. 6-13-17 email from Glenn Young (CR) to Robert McClellon (EHD) requesting that Robert send the formal request <br />of assistance to Wes Mindermann (CR). <br />5. 7-3-17 letter. Robert McClellon EHD requesting assistance with Phase 1 and 2 investigations from Cal <br />Recycle. Letter sent to Wes Mindermann, PE at CalRecycle. <br />7-12-17 meeting with EHD, CR and responsible parties. Excavation and materials management plan needed. CR <br />consultant Beth Abramson to review the plan. <br />7. 9-7-17 letter from CR to the EHD. CR provided a compact disc with a Phase 1 historical report in response to <br />Robert McClellon's 7-3-17 letter requesting CR assistance. <br />8. 1-23-18 letter in SWIS. Robert McClellon of the EHD is requesting CR assistance from Wes Mindermann <br />regarding the new warehouse being built at 17100 Murphy Parkway (Tesla, Parcel B). <br />9. 7-19-18, Linda Turkatte - Clean Closure Plan approval for 17100 Murphy Parkway. Land Use Covenant on the <br />parcel deed restricting future use. The Excavation and Material Management Plan and Request for Exemption from LFG <br />Monitoring is included in the approved Clean Closure Plan. There is a Verification Report— WU1 materials management <br />dated 12-14-18. 3-6-18 Confirmation Sampling Report for the North and South Waste Cells. <br />10. 8-3-19 Email from Glenn Young (CR) to Robert McClellon (EHD) discussing WU1 sliver surface glass and waste <br />excavation plan. <br />11. 10-24-19 Robert McClellon email stating that Linda Turkatte no longer works at EHD. Robert also asks for <br />guidance from Glenn Young and Sabra Ambrose (CR). <br />The EHD staff and management involved with this site in the past have retired or moved on to other jurisdictions. We <br />would like to move forward with any future work with Cal Recycle technical assistance and support. <br />Thank you, <br />
