The investigation was performed in accordance with the scope of work and <br />procedures outlined in the Site Investigation Work Plan, dated 9 December 2021, <br />as modified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) conditional approval <br />letter dated 14 June 2022 and AGI response email dated 27 September 2022. <br />However, a data gap for methane needs to be addressed as information on <br />landfill gas has not been provided. <br />2. Per Title 27, Section 20920(b)(3), a landfill gas perimeter monitoring network <br />would need to be installed as part of the PCLU Plan submittal. Currently, two <br />Soil Gas Monitoring Wells (SGMW-1 and SGMW-2) are installed, but no <br />information was found as to the construction or previous methane sampling.
