ORDERED A BOWL WITH <br /> CHICKEN, GUACAMOLE, LETTUCE,WHOLE BEANS, &BROWN RICE.ALREADY HAD DIARRHEA FROM EATING AT <br /> A SEPARATE CHIPOTLE ON TUESDAY, BUT AFTER EATING IT ON WED&THURS,THE DIARRHEA CONTINUED, <br /> SO(C) BELIEVES THERE IS SOME SORT OF CONTAMINATION WITHIN THE CHIPOTLE CHAIN. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Discussed complaint with manager on site. Per manager, lettuce is prepped everyday in the morning. <br /> Observed food items in all coolers are properly labeled with dates and times and properly covered. Took temperatures of hot <br /> and cold holding food items in online order and front counter. Observed proper hand washing by employees during site visit. <br /> Dishwasher is dispensing adequate sanitizer. Observed chipotle food temp log for checking of food items 4 times a day. <br /> Discussed finding with manager.
