Submit copies of any missing work orders and alarm records to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 67 CA Code of Regulations 2712(1)2030078-Owner/Operator retained a paper or electronic copy of the permit to operate <br /> at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION:A copy of the UST operating permit was not found on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the UST operating permit and all attachments and conditions shall be retained at <br /> the facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the permit and retain it on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 69 CA Code of Regulations 2712(1)2030033-A current UST monitoring plan has been submitted and is readily <br /> accessible at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. <br /> - Monitoring plan states that ball floats are present and that site does not have flappers, this is inaccurate. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Ensure a current copy of these plans are accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately correct monitoring plans for site and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 77 CA Code of Regulations 2712(f)2030073- Facility has corrected cited violations within 30 days of receiving report. <br /> OBSERVATION:An inspection was last done on 8/28/2023 and an inspection report was issued identifying information <br /> to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 9/28/2023. This <br /> information was received on 12/22/2023. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to implement the <br /> corrections specified in the inspection report and comply with permit conditions. The corrective action shall include all <br /> of the recommendations made in the report.
